It wasn't the tower falling, it wasn't those harpy creatures, and it's not all these damned noises that I keep hearing every time I go inside, but it's something odd that's going on in this city. Odder than usual, even.

If you happen to run into Angua, she will seem less pleasant than usual. She's also noticeably got what looks very much like blood-colored hands and wrists, and it seems to go on, but she's wearing long sleeves today. She is on patrol, so watch out.
